1. This promotion is open to UK residents, 18 years over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Schwarzkopf, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. The competition is open to both new and existing users. You will be entered into a prize draw as follows:

•  Anyone adding the Hair Police application becomes a Hair Police Constable and will therefore gain a single entry into a Prize draw. Existing users at this level will also be eligible for an entry into the Prize Draw.
•  Anyone (whether new or existing users) rising to the rank of Hair Police Sergeant will gain 2 entries
•  Anyone (whether new or existing users) rising to the rank of Chief Hair Inspector will gain 3 entries
•  Anyone (whether new or existing users) rising to the rank of Hair Police Superintendent will gain 4 entries
•  Anyone (whether new or existing users) rising to the rank of High Hair Commissioner will gain 5 entries
•  Anyone (whether new or existing users) rising to the rank of Chief Hair Police Commander will gain 6 entries
•  The qualifying rank is taken at midnight of the competition closing date.
•  Anyone who is a Hair Criminal of any type at that time will not qualify to receive any entries to the Prize Draw at all.

3. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 14.08.09

4. The prizes include 15 x Vivitar V5188 Digital Camera (5.1MP, 8xDigital ) 1.5"TFT + Waterproof Case, 15 x IceBar Waterproof Nano Speakers plus 100’s of products from the Pro.Styling range. The prizes may vary from those shown, in this case a similar prize of equal value will be chosen.

5. The winners will be selected at random under independent supervision and will be notified by email or telephone within 14 days of the closing date. The promoter’s decision is final. The prizes will be despatched within 28 days. If the winner cannot be contacted after all reasonable efforts have been made, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time.

6. No cash or other alternative prizes will be made available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prize of equal or greater value.
